About the Role
We are seeking a service-focused professional with strong hands-on experience in 2 wheeler service operations, workshop management, technician coordination, customer satisfaction, and after-sales performance.
What You’ll Do
-
Manage daily workshop and service operations.

Lead and supervise service advisors and technicians.

Ensure timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance.

Monitor workshop productivity and service KPIs.
-
Coordinate with the Parts Department for spare parts availability.

Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with OEM for the warranty claims
What We’re Looking For
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in 2-wheeler service operations, with supervisory experience.

Technical knowledge of TVS or similar motorcycle brands.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Willingness to work in West Africa.
